The Gro-suit has been specially designed to be used with a Grobag Baby Sleep Bag in colder temperatures. The quilted sleeves will keep your baby’s arms warm, with no need for additional bedding or layers.
With a Grobag Baby Sleep Bag every element has been carefully designed to ensure it is as safe and comfortable as possible. A Baby Sleep Bag by any other name is not a Grobag.
What does the Tog rating mean?
The Tog rating describes the warmth or “Thermal Resistance” of a product and is widely used to explain warmth levels of duvets. Latest advice from Health professionals is that Baby Sleep Bags should be ‘lightweight’ and must be between 2.0 and 3.5 togs for temperatures between 10°C and 20°C. This is why our main range of Grobags are 2.5 togs for the recommended ideal nursery temperature range of 16°C and 20°C.

Is the Gro-suit for use instead of a Grobag?
No –the Gro-suit is like a sleepsuit, so is designed to be worn underneath a Grobag. It’s quilted sleeves mean it will keep your babies arms warm during cold winter temperatures, but the rest of the suit is a single cotton layer.
Why don’t you just make a Grobag with sleeves?
The British Safety Standard dictates that baby sleep bags should not have arms to allow ventilation. This prevents incidence of ‘re-breathe’ (babies re-breathing exhaled air which contains carbon dioxide) which can be potentially harmful to babies. All Grobags meet the British Safety Standard, and they always will.
When should I use the gro-suit?
The gro-suit is intended for use with a Grobag in cold weather or in room temperatures of 18°C or under. They are most suited to be used with a 2.5 tog or 3.5 tog Grobag.
If your room is under 16°C and you’re using a 2.5 tog Grobag you should add a vest underneath your gro-suit. However, if you’re using a 3.5 tog Grobag you only need to use the gro-suit underneath.
If your room is under 14°C you should ideally look to increase the temperature of the room, or use a 3.5 tog Grobag, with gro-suit and vest.
How do I return an item?

Conditions for return:
- The item is unused, in its original new condition and returned in its original packaging with all documentation present and is saleable.
- The request for refund or exchange is made within 14 days from the date order was processed.
- Your return shipment must indicate the Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the exterior of your shipment, provided by Baby Ride Safe.
- All shipping charges to return the product are at the responsibility of the customer
- If any returns are shipped COD they will be refused and sent back to the customer
If any of the above conditions are not met, Baby Ride Safe may not be able to issue a full refund. All refunds will be sent to your account once the product has been received, usually received within 5 business days.

Baby Ride Safe reserves the right to make changes to this list and can accept returns at their discretion, they are under no obligations to accept returnable items.
There are no returns on special orders. Any item that is not in stock and shows an estimated lead time can be considered a special order item. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy.
All order cancellations must be completed within 24 hours from the time of placed order. Please go into your account and cancel your order number. Cancelled orders will be confirmed via an email notification. In the event you require assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at email@example.com
. We require you to provide us with detailed photographs so that the manufacturer, the carrier and our staff can access the damages or defects with the item and obtain a prompt response. Depending on the product and the extent of the damage or defect, a replacement part or brand new unit will be sent out as soon as possible.
